Account Deletion

Airry gives users a way to request permanent account deletion both inside the app and outside the app. This page explains the process and what happens to your data.

Introduction

At Airry, we believe you should stay in control of your personal information. If you choose to leave the platform, you can request permanent deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it by following the steps below.

Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Open the Airry app and go to the settings area of your account.
  2. Select the delete-account option and review the confirmation message carefully.
  3. Confirm the request to permanently delete your Airry account.
  4. Once the deletion is completed, you will be signed out of the app.

Account deletion is permanent. If you want to use Airry again after deletion, you will need to create a new account.

Unable to Access the App?

If you cannot sign in to the app, you can still request deletion outside the app by email.

  1. Send your request to support@airry.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Include your full name, phone number, and the email address linked to your Airry account.
  3. If we need to verify ownership before deletion, our support team may contact you for confirmation.

What Happens to Your Data

When your request is processed, Airry will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account unless we must retain limited information for legitimate business or legal reasons.

  • transaction or payout records required for tax, accounting, or financial reconciliation
  • security logs needed for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or dispute handling
  • records we are required to keep to comply with legal obligations

Any retained records will be stored only for as long as necessary for those purposes and handled in line with our privacy and security obligations.
